Green Screen Photo Booth

Your background behind them. Your graphics in front of them. Your logo on every print.

The Green Screen Booth: Unlimited Creativity, Endless Possibilities

Our Green Screen Photo Booth builds the whole scene in layers: a custom background behind your guests, and a second layer of branded artwork in front of them, so people land inside the scene instead of pasted on top of it. Load up to eight backgrounds, let guests pick theirs on the touchscreen, and the finished composite prints on a 4x6 in seconds. It is a green screen photo booth rental built for corporate events, brand activations, and parties across Dallas, Fort Worth, and North Texas.

Why Choose the Green Screen Photo Booth?

  • Background and foreground - Most green screen booths only replace what is behind your guests. We add a second layer in front of them too, so a ribbon, a frame, or a set piece can cross the picture and put people inside the scene.

  • Up to eight backgrounds - Load eight and let guests pick theirs on the touchscreen. We still recommend four, because a long menu slows the line down more than it adds.

  • Your branding in either layer - Logos, sponsor lockups, and campaign art can live behind your guests, in front of them, or both, landing in the same spot on every print.

  • DSLR camera and studio lighting - Real glass, real lights. Even lighting is what makes a green screen composite read as a photograph instead of a cutout.

  • Unlimited 4x6 prints, composited live - Both layers land before the guest walks away. Nothing gets emailed to you next week. Photo strips are available if you want the classic format.

  • No outlet required - We run on our own battery. If the spot you want has no power, that is not a reason to move the booth.

  • Attendant included - Someone runs the booth, poses the group, and keeps the line moving all night.

A Background, & an Overlay, Leaves Every Guest On Brand:

This is a single corporate conference, start to finish. Look at the colored ribbons: some pass behind the group, and some cross in front of them. That is the foreground layer at work, and it is what makes people look like they are standing inside the artwork instead of in front of a picture. Same background, same logo placement, same lighting, from a group of three to a group of ten. When you want variety instead, we load up to eight different backgrounds and let guests choose.

Perfect for These Events

Corporate - conferences, sales kickoffs, trade show booths, brand activations, product launches, holiday parties, employee appreciation events

Galas & Brands - sponsor activations, fundraisers, award nights, red carpet arrivals, grand openings

Sports & School - homecoming, prom, spirit nights, team banquets, alumni weekends

How it works:

1. Send us your theme. We build your background layer and, if you want one, the foreground layer that sits over your guests. Both come from your artwork, your brand colors, or a scene you describe. Two weeks is comfortable. Last minute happens and we handle it. Design is included in the booking.

2. Guests pick and pose. The touchscreen shows your background options. They tap one, the DSLR fires, and both layers land before they step off the mark.

3. Print and share. Unlimited 4x6 prints on-site, plus text and email delivery at the booth and a full online gallery afterward.

Quick Answers:

What is a green screen photo booth?

A green screen photo booth photographs guests against a green backdrop and replaces that green with a digital background in real time. Ours adds a second layer in front of the guests too, so branded artwork can cross the picture and place people inside the scene rather than in front of it. Guests pick their background on a touchscreen and the composite prints on-site in seconds. It is also called a chroma key booth or a virtual backdrop booth.

Can you put graphics in front of the guests, not just behind them?

Yes, and it is the part most green screen booths cannot do. We composite in layers. Your background goes behind the group and an optional foreground layer sits over them, so a branded frame, a sponsor lockup, a ribbon, or a set piece can cross in front of people instead of stopping at their shoulders. Send the front layer as artwork with a transparent background and we will build it.

How many backgrounds can we have?

Up to eight per event. We recommend four. Past that, guests spend more time reading the menu than posing. Backgrounds can be destinations, illustrated scenes, campaign artwork, or a branded set built from your files.

How much space does it need?

8 by 8 feet. That covers the backdrop, the camera, and the lighting, with room for a group to stand comfortably. Setup takes 30 to 60 minutes, so plan your load-in window around that.

Does it need an outlet?

No. We can run the booth on our own battery. If there is a standard outlet nearby we will use it, but a power drop is not a requirement, and that is often the difference between the spot you want and the spot you settle for.

How many guests can be in one photo?

Up to ten. Past that, people drift off the green and the edges go soft. Our attendant poses larger groups to keep everyone inside the frame.

How many guests can you get through in an hour?

About 20 to 40 seconds per session, which works out to 60 to 90 guests an hour. Picking a background adds a few seconds per group, so a four-background setup moves faster than an eight-background one.

How do guests get their photos?

Unlimited 4x6 prints handed over on-site within seconds. Digital delivery goes out by text or email right at the booth, and every image lands in an online gallery you can share after the event. Photo strips are available if you prefer that format.

Can we put our logo on the photos?

Yes, on every frame, and in either layer. Logos, sponsor lockups, hashtags, and event branding can sit behind your guests as part of the background, in front of them as a foreground overlay, or both. Placement is fixed, so every print matches. Design is included in your booking, not a line item. Send artwork about two weeks out, and send anything meant to go in front as a file with a transparent background.

Can the green screen booth go outside?

Indoors is where it performs best, because the lighting is controlled and the composite stays clean. Outdoors works if you are fully covered and protected from wind and sun, or inside a tent with at least three walls. Open lawn in full daylight is not a good fit, and we will tell you that before you book.

What should guests not wear?

Anything green. A green shirt, a green tie, or green nails will go transparent and the background will show straight through. Heavy sequins and high-shine reflective fabric can bounce green light back onto skin. Everything else is fair game, and our attendant watches for it and gives people a heads up at the booth.

Do you do green screen video or GIFs?

Green screen is a stills product. If you want motion, look at the GIF Booth instead.

Is this a separate booth or your Open Booth?

It is our Open Booth running a green screen backdrop, so you get the same DSLR, the same studio lighting, and the same attendant. If you would rather have a real fabric or sequin backdrop than a digital one, that is the Open Booth as it normally runs.

What does it cost?

Pricing moves with the number of hours, whether you want printed output, how many custom backgrounds we build, and any add-ons. Minimums are two hours on weekdays and three hours on weekends. Send us your date and we will get you a number.
